Hollyfern
she-cat ,, twenty-five moons ,, shadowclan ,, warrior
A P P E A R A N C E
Black she-cat with light blue eyes.

>> loyal
Hollyfern's loyalty to ShadowClan is undying, as is her loyalty to the laws of the warrior code and to StarClan itself. She obeys her leadership without question (well, she may ask herself in her head why she's doing something), and would follow the warrior code even if it led her off of a cliff. No cat could question this devoted she-cat's loyalty to being a warrior and being a member of ShadowClan.
>> contemplative
Ever since she was a young cat, Hollyfern has always been a thinker, reflecting on her choices and actions and pondering what all of the possible consequences for one wrong action could be. She even thinks of her clanmates in this way from time to time, but is usually more focused upon what her own actions could do for herself. When not on duty, she can spend plenty of time in thought, simply considering her actions and the actions of those around her.
>> compassionate
Though despite her respect of the laws of the warrior code, Hollyfern finds herself extremely sympathetic, even to those of enemy clans. She has always felt uncomfortable talking about what she thinks of other clans because of it - knowing that ShadowClan cats tend to hold dislike towards any notion of kindness towards other clans. Yet Hollyfern can find sympathy in even the most dire of situations - even in the middle of battle Hollyfern can watch and enemy yowl with pain, and can feel her heart torn at the heart-wrenching sound of the enemy's cry. She has always done her best to hide her unchangeable compassion, wanting to fit in with her clanmates as easily as possible.
>> respectful
Though she could be considered a crazy zealot of the warrior code in her own sense, she doesn't force her beliefs upon others - her sympathy would never allow it. She respects the decisions of other cats, though if they just simply don't seem right, she'll try to convince them to try something else. But at the same time she still feels submissive towards the ideas of others - feeling that she probably wouldn't be able to change them anyways. If a decision violates her devotion to the warrior code, she may protest against it, yet she will still follow the plan, nervous that she'll be punished for violating her own belief by StarClan or be suspected to be too weak to be a cat of ShadowClan.
H I S T O R Y
[kithood]
Hollyfern was born into a litter of three, with two siblings, Sootkit and Lizardkit. Hollykit was the one who seemed to always ruin the fun - never wanting to play fight or play with a mossball, but rather observing clan life and watching the other cats and what they did. She was the one who stopped her brothers from doing ridiculous things like go explore the territory or go and try to hunt a fox or badger. Of course, her decisions likely saved them, but the two were both annoyed by their sister who seemed like a weakling ThunderClan cat, who was overly-devoted to the warrior code and didn't want them to do anything that would go against her strong belief in it.
[apprenticeship]
Despite how much Hollypaw seemed disliked by her siblings, the three often trained together, but Hollypaw continued to be the annoying one. She still prevented them from going on adventures, or going off to investigate something without their mentor's permission. For this reason most others usually left her alone, outcasted because of her loyalty to the warrior code and how she would prevent others from doing something that violated it.
Often finding herself alone except during battle training, Hollypaw didn't mind the loneliness. She preferred being away from the noise and rowdiness of apprentices so that she could peacefully contemplate and think. However, she only did so when she had finished training. Hollypaw worked hard at becoming a warrior, successfully becoming a warrior before both of her brothers.
[warriorhood]
Not much has happened ever since Hollyfern became a warrior. She continues to work hard to provide for ShadowClan, and still works on proving her loyalty and devotion to her clan.
